Food security: feeding the world in 2050. Current issue from Philosophical Transactions B

Each issue of the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences is devoted to a specific area of the biological sciences.  Our readers will be delighted to know that their current issue is dedicated to:  “Food security: feeding the world in 2050″.

This issue concentrates on food systems, food consumption, food demand, as well and looking at the role that aquaculture, wild foods, and livestock have to play in the complex food web.

All content for this issue is freely available as all of the authors have chosen to make their research open and accessible to all through opting for open access publishing (well done!)

Please click here to see the table of contents and to view the full text of the research articles. Enjoy!
